Our Implementations
Here are some of the initiatives that we have implemented to ensure that you will have a healthy and comfortable stay with us :
• A robust guest room cleaning process :
- Rooms are cleaned by associates wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Deep cleaning of common touchpoints
- Linen replacement that has received deep cleaning and sealing to avoid the possibility of contamination
- Full room sanitization with fogging machines that use UAE Municipality approved chemicals
- All doors are sealed once deep cleaning has taken place and after every room has been thoroughly checked by a Housekeeping Supervisor
- Physical copies of printed materials have been removed from rooms and disposable items are used to minimize touchpoints
• Everyone entering the hotel will receive a temperature check
• Masks are mandatory for everyone in public areas of the hotel and personal protective equipment (PPE) is available throughout the hotel
• Hand sanitizing points are available in all public areas
• All luggage and incoming items are sanitized prior to entering the hotel
• Social distancing measures are in place in all public areas
• Efficient check-in and check-out procedures minimizing contact points
• Designated team of Lobby Managers and Hygiene Heroes are available in public areas
• Limiting contact points throughout our restaurant and room service operations
• Thorough training for all hotel associates on policies and maintaining a hygienic environment
